Terms of Service

The Service

AgentGauge scans a website you submit and reports how ready it is for AI agents, graded against public agent-readiness standards. The free scan and grade are provided as information only. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome — including that acting on the report will change how any AI system, search engine, or agent treats your site.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• submit URLs you don’t own or have permission to test, or use the Service to attack, overload, or disrupt any site;
• abuse, automate, or attempt to bypass rate limits, security, or access controls;
• resell or redistribute the Service or its output as your own.

Watch subscription, billing & cancellation

Watch is a paid subscription at US$99 per year, billed annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews each year at the then-current price unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link on your Stripe receipt or by emailing support@agentgauge.ai; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don’t provide partial refunds for unused time. We’ll give reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to you.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its checks, scoring, and content, is owned by AgentGauge. Your report on your own site is yours to use. “AgentReady” refers to the independent community standard we grade against and is not ours.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results are complete or accurate, or that following them will improve any outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentGauge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these terms; for material changes we’ll revise the date above and take reasonable steps to notify you. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the courts of New Zealand for any dispute, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
